How long will it take for my item to get delivered?

Please allow 7-12 business days from the date of order to the time of shipment.
We strive to get your order to you as soon a possible. So once we get your order, we start working.
First, the order is processed and transferred to the production team, who then prep the materials needed to print your Notes and Threads.
Then we print to your specifications of ours based on the product level of customization.
Finally, quality check, We want to get you the best "Notes" based merchandise, made of the best fabrics and materials, and make sure everything is just how you would like it. Once the quality is approved, we package and ship your order with love!
Domestic orders will arrive between 1-7 days after they ship, depending on your location. International orders can take 10-30 days to arrive, depending on shipping and customs.
We know that most companies today often use foreign products and low-wage laborers and can set the expectation for shipping time faster than ours or lower prices. However, We believe that our commitment to ethical business practices, noteworthy messages, world-class threads, and a portion of sales donated to humane causes is worth waiting!
Our policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
